Burlap Returns...

Burlap

Known only as “Burlap”, this monster left a wake of death along Highway 126 in the months leading to the St Francis Dam Disaster.

 His canvas of horror wiped clean by the rushing waters of the dam in March, 1928; all evidence has been lost.

dam_breakNo one has ever been held accountable for the suspected 35 deaths which took place between April 1927 and March 1928. Two survivors, one barely able to function, described their attacker as a large, menacing man with a burlap sack over his head and fiery, angry eyes.

The nearly year-long cat and mouse game between law enforcementauthorities and Burlap revealed only his penchant for torture and his total lack of compassion for his victims.

The mark of a true psychopath, Burlap would let his dogs go hungry only to chain his victims to a wall for the hungry dogs to devour. His shack, his trail, his legacy….all wiped clean by the waters of fate.

Nothing similar has happened since the dam break…until now.

Burlap returns to the site of his birth…the landscape has changed;

his hatred has not.
